Accounting information is presented on financial statements (we will discuss these later).

The 5 elements of the financial statements are:

  1. Assets
  2. Liabilities

Consider these the building blocks of the financial statements!

When accounting reports are drafted, they are presented as financial statements – we’ll discuss this in more detail later.
