At the end of the month, the accounting team must report results for the month to management

The CFO or Finance Manager prepares:

Balance sheet

Statement of profit or loss

Cash flow statement

Comparison of budget to actual results

 

Depending on the size of your organization, you may assist with the preparation of the monthly results. Typically you will assist your supervisor, as opposed to be responsible for drafting these yourself. We’ll go into more detail in our management reporting module.
