When you’re copying and pasting some Excel functions, they change to reflect the cells relative to where you pasted them

When doing VLOOKUPS, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, we want the original values intact (such as the RANGE)

In this case we need to lock the range by clicking on the cell references and using the F4 function
