Filtering provides a quick and easy way to find specific data in a table
Under ‘Data’, you will use the ‘Filter’ function
To filter:
1.Select the entire table, including the header row
2.Select the ‘Data’ tab and then click on ‘Filter’
3.Drop down arrows will appear on the header of each column
4.Click the drop down arrow on the column you want to filter
5.The filter menu appears and you can choose how to filter the column
